FINANCE CHARGES. Your account is subject to the following Finance Charges, each of which will be charged to your account as a Purchase for the purpose of calculating periodic Finance Charges:

Periodic Finance Charges. For Purchases, periodic Finance Charges will be imposed beginning the date the Purchase is posted to your Account. However, no periodic Finance Charges will be imposed on your Purchases if the New Balance as shown on your billing statement is paid in full by the due date (which will be at least twenty-five (25) days from billing cycle closing date.) Periodic Finance Charges for Purchases are calculated at a monthly rate of 1.66%, which is a corresponding ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 19.92%. Periodic Finance Charges on Purchases are calculated by applying the monthly periodic rate to the average daily balance of Purchases. To calculate the average daily balance of Purchases, we take the beginning balance of Purchases each day, add any new Purchases (including Finance Charges and other fees and charges), and subtract any applicable payments and credits. This gives us the daily balance. We add up all the daily balances for the billing cycle and divide by the number of days in the billing cycle to determine the average daily balance of Purchases.

For Cash Advances, periodic Finance Charges will be assessed from the date the advance is posted to the Account. There is no time in which you can pay the balance of Cash Advances in order to completely avoid periodic Finance Charges. Periodic Finance Charges for cash advances are calculated at a monthly rate of 1.66%, which is a corresponding ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 19.92%. Periodic Finance Charges on Cash Advances are calculated by applying the monthly periodic rate to the average daily balance of Cash Advances (including new advances). To get the average daily balance of Cash Advances we use the same calculation method that we used for Purchases. There is no minimum periodic Finance charge.

Cash Advance Fee. Each time you obtain a Cash Advance, we will impose a transaction fee of $5. The Cash Advance Fee is a FINANCE CHARGE. Cash Advances are permitted only after your Account has been open for ninety (90) days, is not delinquent and is not over the credit limit.

Account Set-Up Fee. There is a one-time $56 Account Set-Up Fee. The Account Set-Up Fee is a FINANCE CHARGE.

Program Fee. There is a one-time $96 Program Fee. The Program Fee is a FINANCE CHARGE.

Closed Account Maintenance Fee. A Closed Account Maintenance Fee of $3.50 will be imposed each month from the time your Account is closed until it is paid in full. The Closed Account Maintenance Fee is a FINANCE CHARGE.
